Home Extensions
A complete architectural home extension service.
We provide architectural services to home owners wishing to extend their properties. Having completed a large number of extensions in London and the South East we understand the local planning legislation and Building Regulations and ensure that you get planning permission first time.
Our typical service involves a free consultation at your property to discuss your plans. Following which we carry out a full measured survey of your property in order to produce existing drawings. We then prepare proposed drawings which we present to you for unlimited revisions, prior to completing and submitting your planning and building regulations applications for you. We then monitor your planning application through to completion.
We complete projects both on Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas, and on projects of any value and size.
We also provide our full service for change of use applications, loft conversions, as well as shop fit outs and conversions to flats.
