Following the successful planning application designed and prepared by Arcadd architects, Murrins was engaged to take the project from planning to start on site, preparing detailed design, and the construction documentation, as well as providing party wall surveying services for the project.

The project involved the creation of a new commercial unit and residential flat in Crofton Road in Orpington.
