Converting your property into flats is one of the best ways to maximise the yield you make from it. Our architectural team and Chartered Surveyors are experienced in converting properties in flats, as well as other conversions, including residential to commercial.

We carry out conversions across London and the South East of England, working with both Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.

Our service includes full brief development, as well as a complete measured survey of the property in order to prepare existing drawings. Once these are complete we will prepare the proposed scheme and present this to you to revise as many times as you like. Once you’re happy we produce all of the documents necessary for planning and building regulations applications and submit them. We then monitor the planning application through until approval.

We can also provide project management and contract administration services throughout your project up to completion. In additional we can produce full tender documents including specifications, to go to market to acquire competitive quotations from competent contractors that we have experience of successfully working with.

If you have a property that you would like to convert to flats or any other type of premises, please contact us.
