An RICS Homebuyer Report provide a purchaser with a snapshot of the condition of the various elements of the property they are considering purchasing. The report will include a traffic light analysis of each component marking it red, amber, or green in terms of it’s condition. The report will also include a market valuation and an insurance reinstatement cost as standard.
All of our Homebuyer Reports are carried out by Chartered Surveyors with MRICS status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This ensures the you get a professionally prepared report which is a true representation of the property.
Homebuyer reports are appropriate for all types of residential buildings, however if the building is old and/or has had extensive alterations carried out to it, you may want to consider having a much more detailed building survey carried out.
