    Party Wall Surveyor – Wimbledon

Murrins recently completed the party wall matters at Burdett Avenue in Wimbledon.

We were appointed to act on behalf of the building owners in discharging their requirements under the Party Wall etc Act 1996. We served notices on the adjoining owners who subsequently appointed their own surveyors to act on their behalf.

Murrins undertook the schedule of condition of the neighbouring property along with their surveyor.

We prepared the award for the works, and agreed this with the adjoining owners surveyor allowing the building owners to proceed with their proposed works without delay.
