Murrins Chartered Surveyors were engaged to carry out party wall surveying services for a proposed loft conversion in Fulham.

The works included raising the party parapet wall, as well as inserted beams into the party wall. Notices were served to the owners on both sides, with one freeholder being The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

Working with the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham’s appointed surveyor, we managed to agree a party wall award which was agreeable to all parties.
