A recent appointment for Murrins has been at Montserrat Road in Putney. The property itself is a spacious ground floor flat with a substantial garden, and the client is looking to obtain planning permission to create an impressive single storey rear extension.

We have been appointed to carry out all the necessary design, drawings, and information required to submit an application to the London Borough of Wandsworth’s planning department, as well as to manage the application process.

More information to come as the project evolves.
